Most Online Business Banking customers have a default daily payment limit of $50,000.
You can apply for lower or higher limits depending on your business needs. You can also change your limit temporarily if you need to make a larger one-off payment.
To change your limits, please complete the relevant sections of the Online Business Banking Application and Amendment (PDF) and send it to us using either:
- Your Relationship Manager
- Email - obbsupport@bankwest.com.au

If you want to arrange a temporary increase, please contact your Relationship Manager or call 13 7000.
To view your current limits, select ‘Payments and transfers’ and then ‘Payment limits’ in the left side menu. You can then choose the ‘limit type’ you want to view in the top drop-down, which will show the limits on all your accounts.
