How do More Rewards and Business Rewards work?

Find out how to access the Bankwest Rewards site, keep track of your Rewards points and redeem them for cashback and digital gift cards.

You can access your More Rewards account:

  • Directly through www.bankwestmorerewards.com.au
  • From any page on the Bankwest website by going to 'Log in' > 'More Rewards'
  • From online banking by going to 'Accounts' > 'Account balances' and selecting your More Mastercard®
  • From the Bankwest App by going to ‘More’ from the menu and choosing ‘More Rewards’.

You'll need your Personal Access Number (PAN) and password to log in.

You can find your PAN on your paper or electronic statements or under ‘Settings’ in the Bankwest App. To reset your password, select ‘Forgotten Password?’ or ‘Reset your password online’ on the login page of the app or online banking and follow the prompts. Learn more.

You can redeem your More Rewards points for digital gift cards (check out our range via the Rewards website) or get cashback to your linked account.

Bankwest More Rewards points expire after three years. Points are redeemed in the order that they are earned – so your oldest points will be redeemed first. You can see how many of your points are due to expire in the next month by logging into your account.

You won't be able to redeem your More Rewards points if:​

  • Your Bankwest More Mastercard account has been open for less than 60 days
  • You've made less than $1,500 worth of eligible purchases since your More Rewards Credit Card was opened
  • You've recently made a late payment to your account, in which case you can't redeem until your next statement is issued
  • Your card has been reported lost or stolen
  • You don't have enough available points to redeem the Reward you want.

You can access your Rewards account from online banking (go to 'Log in' > 'Business Rewards') or directly through www.bankwestmorerewards.com.au.

If you’re an Online Business Banking (OBB) Master User, you’ll need to log in using your Personal Access Number (PAN), Personal Identification Number (PIN) and Security Token.

If you're an administration or employee user, you'll need to use your PAN and password.

If you have a personal Bankwest account, you can also log in from the app or online banking with your personal PAN and password.

Only nominated parties on the account will be able to log in to redeem points using their PAN.

To reset your PAN, PIN or password, contact us on 13 7000.

Yes, rewards points in the Bankwest Business Mastercard expire after 24 months. Any points not redeemed by then will be deducted from your More Rewards points balance. Read "What restrictions apply to Points" in the Bankwest Business Rewards Terms and Conditions to learn more.
