- Enter your details. You'll need your Personal Access Number (PAN) ? Your PAN can be found on your account statements, or in the letter or email we sent you after you first opened your account. , date of birth, and the email address linked to your Bankwest account
- You'll be sent an SMS code (so we can confirm it’s really you)
- Create and confirm your new password, and you’re good to go.

- Enter your details. You'll need your Personal Access Number (PAN), date of birth, and the email address linked to your Bankwest account
- You'll be sent an SMS code (so we can confirm it’s really you)
- Create and confirm your new password.

Not registered for SMS code? Call us on 1300 440 749 and we’ll issue a temporary code over the phone.
If you can’t find your PAN or the email address linked to your account, give us a call on 13 17 19 and we can assist you.
