In the Bankwest App
- Tap 'Make a payment’ from your ‘Home’ or ‘Payments’ screen
- Choose a 'Repeat' option to set up a one-off scheduled payment or repeating payment
- If you want to view, edit or delete your upcoming payments, go to 'Payments', then 'Scheduled’
- You can ask us for a copy of your repeating payments and debits from the last 13 months here too.
In Bankwest Online Banking
- Click 'Payments' > 'Make a payment' in the menu
- Choose 'Make a payment'
- Choose an account to pay from
- Choose an account, recipient or BPAY biller and enter the amount you want to pay
- Under 'Details', choose 'Schedule for later' or 'Repeating'
- Enter the details for your scheduled or repeating payment
- Submit the payment.
The payment process in online banking will be different if you're not registered for SMS code:
- Click 'Payments' > 'Make a payment' in the menu
- Choose a payment type
- When completing the 'Pay from' information, use 'processing date' to schedule a payment for later or update 'frequency' to make it a repeating payment.
To view, edit or delete your upcoming repeating payments, go to 'Payments' > 'Scheduled payments'. You can request a copy of your repeating payments and debits from the last 13 months here too.
To create or change direct debits (like a membership or subscription), contact the merchant directly.
To see a scheduled payment from a joint account, make sure you’re logged in with the PAN used to set it up.
