What is NPP?
NPP is a major industry initiative to develop new payment infrastructure across Australia, allowing consumers, businesses and government to process payments more effectively through PayIDs.
Users can provide their PayID (an easy-to-remember piece of information, such as their phone number or email address), instead of their BSB and account number, to people or organisations they wish to receive payments from in real-time.
