  1. Go to the top right corner of our website
  2. Click ‘Log in’ from the menu
  3. Select ‘Personal Online Banking’ from the drop-down.

  1. Download our app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Launch the app
  3. Enter your PAN and 4-digit PIN.

As a trusted partner of over 80 banks and financial institutions, staff are trained and trusted to follow strict security and cash handling practices, so you can bank with confidence. 2 Bank@Post is an agency service provided by Australia Post on behalf of Bankwest. Bank@Post is available at participating Post Offices. Services available are cash withdrawals, deposits, balance enquiries and credit card repayments. Limits apply.

What can you do at Bank@Post?

  • Check your account balance
  • Deposit up to $8,000 cash per day 3 Loose coin accepted up to $20 otherwise coin must be in coin bags by denomination.
  • Withdraw up to $2,000 per day
  • Deposit Australian cheques
  • Make a credit card repayment.

Tips to make your visit easy as

  • Don’t forget your debit card and PIN
  • Cash deposits are almost instant
  • Loose coins accepted up to $20, otherwise coins must be in coin bags by denomination
  • Allow up to seven days for cheque deposits to be cleared.
