Simplifying online payments
With PayID, you don’t need to worry about giving your BSB and account number when making or receiving a payment. You can just give your mobile number or email address instead, making payments hassle free.
With PayTo agreements, you can manage your payments with participating merchants or services for things like subscriptions and memberships easily in the Bankwest App or online banking. You can choose to set up a PayTo agreement using your BSB and account number or PayID.

BPAY® is a quick and easy way to pay your bills, either online or in our app.
In the app:
- Tap 'Make a payment’ from your ‘Home’ or ‘Payments’ screen
- Choose an account to pay from
- Tap 'BPAY Biller'
- Tap 'Add Biller' or choose one from the list and follow the prompts.
In online banking:
- Click 'Payments' in the menu
- Click 'Make a Payment' > 'BPAY'
- Enter new biller details or choose an account to pay from and follow the prompts.

An Easy Instalments plan can help you pay off...
Your one-off purchases
If you make an eligible purchase between $100 and $10,000, you could set up a plan to pay it off in four manageable monthly instalments – at 0% p.a. You can have up to five plans per credit card account, and they can be set up and managed in the app.
Your purchase balance
A balance plan could help you pay off your credit card in manageable monthly repayments – with a lower interest rate.

Checkout quickly and securely
Store your payment and shipping details in one place so that you don't have to re-enter them every time you shop online with supported merchants. You can register for Click to Pay using the Bankwest App and access your saved details wherever you see the Click to Pay icon.

We’ve said goodbye to the Bankwest Halo payment device, and will no longer issue new ones, or re-issue or replace existing ones. If you already have a Bankwest Halo payment device, you can continue using it until the expiry date.
