The annual fee for the Complete Home Loan Package is first charged when your home loan settles. It's then charged annually each year on this date. We'll email you an annual reminder before we charge the fee.
We'll charge the fee to your Complete Home Loan Package account, so it's important to make sure you have enough funds in your home loan account to cover the amount – otherwise your home loan could go into arrears, meaning you'll get behind on your repayments.
Keep in mind that the fee is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your Complete Home Loan Package after the annual fee has been charged.
