Can I get a credit card payment reminder?

Avoid late payment fees

There are a few things you can do to ensure you make your credit card payments on time.

Use eStatements

Every time a new eStatement is available, we’ll send an email to your nominated email address letting you know it’s ready for you to view.

Set up regular payments

To avoid missing your minimum payment due date, you might consider setting up a regular payment to transfer funds to your credit card each month.

Use Easy Alerts

You can also set up a Bankwest Easy Alert by enabling push notifications on your mobile to remind you when your minimum payment is due and help avoid a late payment fee.

Remember, it's your responsibility to make at least your minimum payment (plus any "Amount Due Immediately") by the due date on your statement each month. A late payment fee may apply if you miss your minimum payment due date.
