You can see the most recent transactions made with Fitbit Pay in the wallet section of the Fitbit app. To see all your transactions, log in to Bankwest Online Banking or the Bankwest App.
All Bankwest Debit Mastercard® and Mastercard credit cards – including personal or business cards – are eligible. The card must be active and the funds must be accessible, so there cannot be a hold or a temporary lock on the card.
There is no purchase limit with Fitbit Pay. Transactions over the contactless payment threshold will require your card PIN at the merchant terminal. Other standard card limits apply the same as with your physical card.
Yes, Fitbit Pay is available anywhere contactless payments (through Near Field Communication) are accepted. We recommend you take your physical card as a backup when travelling overseas, just in case you can't find a contactless terminal.
To remove a card, go to 'Wallet', choose the card you want to delete and tap 'Remove Card'.
To change your default card, go to 'Wallet', choose the card you want to set as the default option and tap 'Set as Default'.
If you lose your device, you can remove or suspend the cards you added to Fitbit Pay in the 'Wallet' section of the Fitbit app. If you lost both your phone and your Fitbit device, you can log into your fitbit.com dashboard on a phone, tablet, or computer to delete the cards you added to Fitbit Pay.
